We're looking for a senior PHP Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery of an e-commerce platform with a focus on using the Magento e-commerce software.

Objectives:
* Work closely with our web project managers and assign tasks to various members of the development team.
* Take ownership of the development and be responsible for its technical delivery
* To increase productivity by reducing development time & increase efficiency
* Develop and extend functions predominantly for eCommerce sites using Magento e-commerce software platform.
Nature of work undertaken:
We demand the best on a technical level & from graphic design, usability & optimisation. Therefore you will be responsible for working with our graphic design team converting all their work onto specific platforms ensuring that all technical development is implemented to equally high standards.
Essential Requirements:
* 5+ years programming experience
* Expert understanding of XHTML/PHP5/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery/XML/Ajax/ MySQL
* Experience of developing on Magento
* Apache Hosting knowledge in a LAMP environment
* Excellent organization, time-management & communication skills
* Fluent English with the ability to write programming specifications and documentation
Desirable Requirements:
* Zend Framework Experience
* Experience in working remotely as part of a distributed team.
